Okay
These mounts are okay. Overall construction seems good enough. I'm using these to hold some LED lights on the rear of my cage.

Good and Tight
I read the reviews then made my order. My application is on a quad with 1 inch tubing. I mean 1 inch. Not 10 thou over or under. I had a difficult time getting the hardware through after I installed the clamp but a chanel lock did the trick. It went perfect after that. The clamp does come with some adhesive backed foam but I couldn't use it because it was too tight. The bracket holds up a 20 inch light bar with no movement at all. I recommend this bracket just be mindful of the tube size you intend to install it on. There very little wiggle room for adjustment.

Exceptional brackets for the money.
I have had these 52" LED light bar mounts installed for a little over 100 miles and have no real complaints so far. Included in the package were two mounting brackets, rubber backings to protect the paint of the jeep and some very basic instructions. The brackets I received were fairly sturdy in construction, the welds although not perfect look solid. The rubber backing is sticky on one side for the purpose of what I believe was sticking to the bracket during install. The reason I have rated these as a 4/5 is that it is a no frills mount that accomplishes the task without breaking the bank. I have taken one star off due to the lack of detailed instructions that make the install slightly more of a headache for a novice like me to handle. My install is as follows: I began by removing all but the bottom bolts from the jeep where this frame attaches on each side. Next I began to remove the paper backing on the rubber gaskets and adhering them to the mounting bracket; I placed two strips approximately halfway up the bracket on both interior sides, here I really wish they included a picture of the intended place to stick these. I then attempted to position the bracket in place while lining up the bolt holes and trying to put the topmost bolt in. This is where I ran into my first problem; the rubber backing wasn't sufficiently sticky and would fall off the top of the bracket. After trying to do this one or two times I got frustrated with trying to do too many things at once and sprayed the sticky side of the rubber with a spray adhesive and stuck them back onto the bracket, this time for good. The next step to installing these brackets was to bolt them into place. I began by lining up the top hole in the bracket and bolting that into place about half way. This worked well with all the bolt holes on the outside (mirror side of the jeep) but when it came time to bolt down the windshield side of the bracket the holes didn't quite lineup. To remedy this I only installed the top bolt on the mirror side about 2 threads in then did the same with the hole directly below the light pod bracket. From there I had enough play to bolt down the the entire thing, again I wish that there was some more direction included with the bracket. Overall I am very pleased with how these both look and perform. I would definitely recommend these to anyone who is looking to mount their light bar and would encourage you to give these serious consideration. Are there better mounting brackets on the market? I'm certain there are but unless you are willing to spend $200 I doubt you can do much better than these.
