Does Xprite ship orders to customers outside the USA?
Yes we do. Xprite ships to customers all over the world every day. You can place your order on our web site.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are process 24 hours after been placed. Standard shipping can be from 2-8 business days.
*Major Holiday's will not be counted as a business day when calculating shipping
What is your warranty policy?
All of our lights have one-year warranty, auto parts 2 years, warranty covers damage during shipment and any defect or malfunction on the product, warranty doesn’t cover wear and tear, warranty starts on the first day of purchase. For more information visit our warranty policy page.
How to submit a warranty claim?
You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number and provide evidence as pictures or video of damage product. Pictures and videos can be also send via text message to (626) 216-8279.
What is your Return Policy?
You may return Xprite Product within 30 days of purchase date for a Full Refund of the original price.
You are responsible for return shipping charges, refunds are generally issued within 3 business days of Xprite receiving all returned goods. Your bank may require additional processing time. Incomplete returns may not be elegible for a full refund. No returns are accepted after 30 days. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method that was used.
