Note any damages on the receipt with the presence of the truck driver when signing. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. Make sure you refuse delivery if the item is damaged. We will need to file an insurance claim with the shipping company. Once it is signed we are no longer liable for any damage that occurred in shipping. Failure to inspect and sign “DAMAGED” on arrival will forfeit your insurance claim. There are no exceptions to this.
